Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were seen packing on a passionate display of affection as they celebrated their first New Year’s Eve together. The couple marked the occasion with a glamorous party in Kansas City on Sunday, December 31, following the Kansas City Chiefs’ triumphant 25-17 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

In videos circulating on social media, the couple shared a midnight kiss, with Swift holding Kelce’s face. A fan account on X (formerly Twitter) reshared a clip capturing the cozy moment between Swift and Kelce during the New Year’s Eve celebration. In the video, the couple was seen hugging each other, with Swift’s arms wrapped around Kelce’s shoulders while sharing a kiss.

After donning a custom Chiefs bomber for the game, Swift underwent a stylish wardrobe change for the New Year’s Eve celebration. The Grammy-winning artist opted for a sparkling champagne-coloured dress, complemented by a chic low bun showcasing her signature blonde tresses. Kelce, on the other hand, sported a matching brown ensemble, accentuated by a striking “TK” chain adorned with dazzling diamonds.

Swift reveals her relationship status

The New Year’s celebration unfolded shortly after Swift attended the Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium. Swift’s presence at several Chiefs games began in September when Swift and Kelce were seen leaving the stadium together. Confirming their relationship, Swift shared that they were already a couple when she attended her first game.

Swift reflected on the origin of their connection, noting, “This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell.” Referring to a July episode of Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast where he expressed a desire to give Swift a friendship bracelet, she explained they couldn’t meet at the concert but started hanging out shortly after the shout-out went viral.“We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other,” she told TIME in December 2023.

Swift and Kelce were photographed cruising around Kansas City in the NFL star’s $400k Rolls-Royce Ghost, shortly after locking lips while celebrating New Year’s Eve, as per the Daily Mail.

Despite a seemingly tiring night, Swift appeared put together with loose curls and her signature glam. Travis, for his part, sported the same black beanie as the day before while accompanying her. The couple was reportedly heading from one of Kelce’s properties to another one of his homes.
