Boyfriend Misses the Event

Taylor’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, was also in Los Angeles at the same time as the Golden Globes was held. However, he was in the city for the Kansas City Chiefs game where he played against the Los Angeles Chargers. For the unversed, his game began at 1.25 pm, which is a little ahead of the Golden Globe that happened at 5 pm. This is the reason why he could not attend the event along with Taylor Swift.

It was already confirmed by sources of Page Six last Thursday that Kelce won’t be joining Swift for the event. The sources also talked about the player returning to Kansas city right after his game was over. According to the Daily Mail, Taylor Swift arrived in Los Angeles this Tuesday. She was also seen hitting the gym another day ahead of the event.

“Barbie” and “Succession” were among the top choices with not one but nine nominations. For the unversed, they were tied for the most of any other movie or TV show. While “Barbie” competed for the Best Musical or Comedy Motion Picture award, it ultimately lost out to “Poor Things.” On the other hand, “Succession” won the best television drama. It stars Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, and Matthew MacFadyen. These celebrities also took home acting awards for their respective roles in the acclaimed HBO series.
