Graziadei has come to find his life partner.

As the official promo for Season 28 of The Bachelor rolls in, we see the tennis pro from Collegeville, Pennsylvania gears up to find his perfect match. The clips show a transitional video of the 28-year-old gazing at the ocean, sitting on a tennis court, and locking lips with a mystery woman overlooking the sunset, after which a voiceover begins.

The voiceover recites, “One man will take a swing at finding his lifelong doubles partner,” adding, “We are game, set, say it with me — match.” With fireworks igniting in the background, Joey Graziadei is seen teaching yet another woman how to handle a tennis swing. The narrator chimes in on this scene, stating, “He’s leaving it all on the court and his eyes are set on love.”

In another clip, Joey is seen confessing to one woman, “I’m falling in love with you,” then telling the audience by turning towards the camera, “I am definitely ready to find my wife.” According to People, Host Jesse Palmer announced Joey as the new Bachelor in August after Bachelorette lead Charity Lawson sent him home in her finale and got engaged to Dotun Olubeko.

Joey confessed at the time, “It’s sinking in very slowly but I’m trying my best just to stay present, enjoy it, but this is crazy,” added, “I mean, I’ll be the first person to say this is wild. I never expected this at all, didn’t know this is what my life is turning to at this moment. So yeah, crazy stuff, but I’m excited.”

After the news broke, Joey confessed on Instagram that he experienced true heartbreak on The Bachelorette, but high hopes on his romantic journey as a Bachelor. He wrote in the post, “I cannot wait to see what unfolds over these next few months,” adding, “I have grown immensely with my time on the show and know that I’ll always have room for more growth. But I feel more ready than ever to find my person.” His post continued, “I know this won’t be easy, but I can promise you that I will give it my all and try to just enjoy the hell out of it. All I can do is be myself through and through and hope I’ll be lucky enough to find love.”

In an interview with Good Morning America, the pro tennis player revealed that his gut will tell him when he’s met the right person. “You just have that feeling,” he says stating what he learned from his heartbreak in The Bachelorette. He said, “You just want to be fully committed to it all and understand that there’s a lot of things that are out of your control,” adding, “But what I’m taking in is just fully leaning in to it and taking it for whatever its going to be.”
