Released its first part in December 2022, The Glory is a Netflix Original South Korean revenge-drama series, written by the Descendents of the Sun writer, Kim Eun Sook. With the second part releasing in March 2023, the revenge drama revolves around Moon Dong Eun who is daydreaming of becoming an architect in her high-school days.
Unfortunately, owing to a brutal attack by her bullies, Moon Dong Eun drops out of her school. This background sets the context of the movie, where years later, Moon Gong Eun is working in the same school where the child of her bully is now the homeroom teacher. This lays the foundation for Moon Dong Eun to plan and plot her revenge against her former bullies.
Ever since The Glory Part 1 dropped on Netflix, it amassed 148M viewing hours globally, between December 25 and January 15, 2023. That being said, here are the latest updates about the second part of this South Korean revenge drama.

What is the release date of The Glory Part 2?
According to The UBJ, the second part of The Glory will reportedly release in March 2023. Not only that but the press conference held by the creators of the show also corroborated the reports. According to Director Ahn:
“Part 1 will be released on December 30, 2022, and Part 2 will be released around March, so please show a lot of interest and love.”
As per the most recent update made by Netflix on its official Twitter handle, the second part of The Glory is scheduled to arrive on the streaming giant on March 10th, 2023.

Alongside this announcement, Netflix also released the first-look images which provide a sneak peek into some of the most gripping scenes of the second part. Depicting a fully blood-covered Jae-jun, Netflix has shared what fans were hoping for.
In another scene, Yeon-jin is shown on the phone in the snow donning a fetching pink coat, whereas, in the second, Dong-eun’s stern and heartless disposition depict the gap between inner and outer reality. Netflix also shared another scene with showcased Dong-eun’s love interest and Go teacher Yeo-Jeong who is squatting with Yeon-jin’s master-of-the-universe husband Jung Sung-il.

Has Netflix renewed The Glory for a full second season?
At the time of writing, The Glory has not been renewed for a second season. It is also quite difficult to presume whether Netflix will renew the revenge K-drama despite the first season garnering exponential viewership hours, however, that’s because the second part has not been released yet.
