The Goldbergs Season 10 will begin with a time jump. ABC is bringing up The Goldbergs Season 10 in late September. But what’s the time jump? The Goldberg family will find itself without the man of the house, Jeff Garlin. What happened to him? Is he dead? The scene feels like Jeff suddenly vanished out of nowhere, and the family is living without him.

The co-showrunner Alex Barnow has confirmed that Garlin will not be featured in Season 10. The first episode comes into action several months after Garlin’s character, family patriarch Murray, has died, meaning his death won’t be shown in the upcoming season. Garlin is not in the season, and Murray has hopefully passed away. Will the family be able to reconcile the fact that their father’s gone?

What do you expect about the plot – the story moving forward or looking back? Well, it is more about looking forward to the life ahead. For how long have you been a Goldbergs fan? Premiered on September 24, 2013, on ABC, The Goldbergs is an American period sitcom television series that revolves around a young member of a dysfunctional family who recounts his old childhood days with his overbearing mother, hot-tempered father, rebellious older sister, high-strung older brother and suave grandfather. It is a suburban middle-class family in the 1980s.

In a series of on-set misconduct allegations and HR investigations, Jeff Garlin unceremoniously exited the show. Now, all we have is the remainder of his Season 9 appearances coming in the form of unaired footage and unused dialogue. ABC confirmed that when they renewed the series for a tenth season, they did not take Jeff Garlin as a cast. It would have been a little tough for the makers to twist the plot in the absence of the character, but they did it.

Besides The Goldbergs, is Jeff losing any more roles? Jeff Garlin is also known for his role alongside Larry David on the HBO sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm. Recently, the marks of Curb Your Enthusiasm renewed the series for a twelfth season. But HBO has not commented on whether Garlin will be involved with the show or not. Again, his fate remains up in the air. Though a lot of people would not be happy with the news, it is done for a reason. The show makers took this decision to keep the show going without Jeff. Will the makers find a replacement?

Moving to the show, The Goldbergs will premiere as per the decided schedule with Wendi McLendon-Covey as the lead cast, who portrays Murray’s wife, Beverly. The storyline will continue with the three kids, Adam (Sean Giambrone), Barry (Troy Gentile), and Erica (Hayley Orrantia). The Goldbergs fan knows that the three kids are often at odds with each other. The Goldbergs is performing well on ABC, and the numbers are expected to be unaffected after Jeff’s farewell. With the story going up with the same characters and the narrator, let’s wait for September 21 for the series to premiere on ABC.
