In the episode, the viewers got to see that when news of Gulf & Western’s collaboration with Colombo reaches Bluhdorn and Evans, Bluhdorn quickly offloads Paramount and fires Ruddy from the project. Despite Ruddy’s contempt, Bettye travels to Colombo to inform him of the termination.
As a means of getting Ruddy restored, he immediately starts causing problems for the production. Evans interrupts a meeting to give a speech to convince them to reconsider selling Paramount at a discount to a Texan investor. After Bluhdorn changes his mind, it is determined that they will not sell Paramount.

The viewers finally get to see that Coppola informs Bluhdorn of the mafia involvement, and Ruddy is rehired, allowing him to return and see the first day of filming completed. Colombo responds by ordering an attack on Gallo and Nicky Barnes. Moreover, there are no potential spoilers circulating on social media that may give us a hint about the plot of The Offer Season 1 Episode 7.
As a result, viewers will only be able to interpret the premise when the episode airs, which is a good thing because viewers should be able to construct and guess about plotlines without knowing the real story ahead of time.
