Attention readers! After months of speculation, the brand-new season has officially been confirmed to premiere next month on Thursday, May 4, 2023.  

The new season is speculated to premiere at the same time slot of 3 a.m. ET and will be available for streaming concurrently in 4K on HBO Max. Eventually, the season will consist of ten episodes with an average runtime of 30 minutes, which are created, written, directed, and executive produced by Emmy-nominated former “Saturday Night Live” co-head writers Chris Kelly and Sarah Schneider.  

The season will continue with two new episodes on May 11, 2023, and May 18, 2023, followed by one episode each Thursday leading up to the season finale on June 15, 2023. The date was also confirmed by HBO Max’s official Twitter handle with a brand new clip from the season, quoting, “#TheOtherTwo is back in showbiz with Season 3, May 4 on HBO Max.” Take a look at the official post below:

The series follows a gay aspiring actor, Cary (Drew Tarver), and his sister Brooke (Heléne Yorke), a former professional dancer, who try to find their place in the world while wrestling with their feelings about their 13-year-old brother Chase’s sudden rise to internet fame.

The official logline of the third season states, “After comparing themselves for years to their much-younger pop star brother, ChaseDreams (Case Walker), who is now a full adult, and their talk-show host mother (Molly Shannon), who’s now more powerful than she could have ever imagined, Brooke and Cary (Heléne Yorke and Drew Tarver) are finally standing on their own two feet – fully “successful” in their own right! And yet, they somehow find themselves comparing themselves to new people once again???”
