TOMORROW X TOGETHER has added yet another feather to their hats, and it has left the fans excited. According to Billboard’s latest chart announced on July 26, 2022, the group’s 4th mini album titled minisode 2: Thursday’s Child has ranked at #128 on the Billboard 200 main album chart. The popular K-pop group has proved its global presence by remaining on the US Billboard main album chart for not one but 10 consecutive weeks in a row.

For the unversed, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’S mini-album minisode 2: Thursday’s Child was released in May 2022. The album has remained on the Billboard 200 for ten weeks since it entered at #4 on the same chart on May 28, 2022. The same has maintained the record for the longest time on the Billboard 200 chart among the other albums category in a pop group. Apart from that, minisode 2 was also named on several other charts like the 6th on the World Album Chart, 7th on the Top Album Sales Chart, and 7th on the Top Current Album Sales Chart.

Minisode 2: Thursday’s child includes five tracks and TOMORROW X TOGETHER dropped the album on May 9, 2022, along with a rock-infused music video for the title track Good Boy Gone Bad that has now become an internet sensation. The album also ranked at the top spot on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart of Japan. It also makes the first-ever foreign group in the chart’s history to top with six consecutive albums.
The group’s world tour
Talking about the group TOMORROW X TOGETHER, the members will hold their first-ever world tour titled ‘TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR’ since their debut in 7 cities in the US – New York, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, Houston, and Los Angeles from 7th to the 27th. The much-loved group is growing its presence in the North American market and also appeared in ABC’s GOOD MORNING AMERICA which is an American representative program on TV. For the unversed, TOMORROW X TOGETHER will perform on Lollapalooza, the largest American music festival.

Talking about the popular group, the members made their debut on March 4, 2019, with the EP titled The Dream Chapter: Star. The extended play debuted and also peaked at number one on the Billboard Worlds Album Chart and Gaon Album Chart. It further entered the US Billboard 200 at number 140, which is the highest-charting debut album by any male K-pop group at the time. Moreover, the album’s lead single, Crown, also debuted at number one on the Billboard World Digital Songs Chart. Apart from that, the group also topped the Billboard Emerging Artists Chart, which made it the fastest K-pop to appear on the same chart.
