Fantasy is the opposite of the uneventful and tiring reality, creating a great escape from our daily lives. With this year’s One Piece live-action series and last year’s Wednesday, fantasy series are becoming more interesting to watch even while introducing us back to already familiar characters. It is a series about vampires that has themes of family, friendship, rivalry, romance, and lots of drama. Elena, the protagonist, stumbles upon a hidden secret in the town where she lives and becomes aware that a vampire may not be just a myth but one of the people who live around her. Wednesday Addams, a goth-dressing strange girl, comes from a family of witches and has a melancholic disposition. Her uneventful life takes a turn when she is forced to attend the school, Nevermore. A prequel to Games of Thrones, taking place 200 years before the birth of Daenerys and Jon Snow, the last of the Targaryens. House of The Dragons, as per its name, follows the lives of Viserys Targaryen and his fight to send his daughter to sit on the Iron Throne. It stars Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, and Milly Alcock.

Good Omens
Starring the duo David Tenant and Michael Sheen, Good Omens is a fantasy comedy about angels and devils.
