The title announcement
Earlier this month, the TWICE members also revealed the title for their forthcoming mini-album and announced that the same which is named ‘Ready to Be’ is going to release on March 10, 2023, at 2 PM KST. The K-pop diva group had previously already announced plans to release their 12th mini-album in late 2022 through an official teaser poster that revealed their plans for the “first 1/4 of 2023”.
‘Ready to Be’ arrives several months after TWICE’s last mini-album titled ‘Between 1&2’. It was released in August 2022, and was led by the single ‘Talk That Talk.’ Later, the same became the US’s sixth top-selling CD album in 2022, according to Luminate, an American music data tracking firm.
For the unversed, TWICE’s sub-unit called MISAMO – comprising members Sana, Momo and Mina, is all set to make its much-anticipated Japanese debut. The sub-unit’s mini-album is scheduled for a release on July 26, 2023, and will include a total number of six songs, including the title track ‘Bouquet’.
After the release of ‘Ready to Be,’ the TWICE members will also embark on a “large-scale” world tour in this year, according to one of the investment plans released by JYP Entertainment in late 2022.
