JYP Entertainment has stunned everyone by excluding VCHA from its latest artist list. The agency’s recent stint has left everyone wondering whether the K-pop group is no longer a part of its collaborations.
The VCHA members were missing in action and did not provide any updates on their upcoming activities on social media for a long time. This prompted a few netizens to check the group’s profiles on YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
To everyone’s surprise, the entire profiles have been wiped off, including all of their posts, leading to a complete blackout.
As mentioned earlier, the girl group is also missing from the list of artists on JYP Entertainment’s official website.
These sudden occurrences have led many to speculate that VCHA is on the verge of disbandment. On the other hand, a few others are of the opinion that the K-pop girl group may be rebranding soon.

Earlier controversies
Kiera Grace Madder was one of the prominent members of VCHA during its peak time. However, the group’s activities halted suddenly following her abrupt exit. Not only that, but things got worse when a lawsuit was filed last December against JYP USA in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
This particular case revealed that Kiera, who also went by the stage name KG Crown, had left VCHA. Here, allegations included child labor law violations, abuse, and exploitation.
However, JYP USA denied these allegations on social media while stating that KG made “unilateral public statements containing false and exaggerated claims.”

Kiera reportedly signed a contract with JYP Entertainment when she was just 15. As a member of VCHA, she began an intense training regimen. She is said to have traveled between JYP’s Seoul headquarters and Los Angeles to rehearse.
Meanwhile, the six girls shared a Beverly Hills mansion in Los Angeles, where Kiera alleges being under constant surveillance. Shockingly, the lawsuit says that staying in the home was “optional.” Kiera also said that she felt pressured to live there by the JYP staff.
The lawsuit also alleges that the company controlled the girls’ diet and pressured them to eat less. To make matters worse, Kiera also alleged that she was forced to rehearse despite having injuries.
So, did these allegations by the ex-VCHA member prompt JYP Entertainment to sever ties with the group? Let’s wait for a public statement from the group or the agency’s side soon.
