As a result, the previously confirmed 2023–24 fall release window for the series comeback has been directly impacted, along with many other original CBS shows, which have now been shifted until next year!
Our best estimate is that the writing of the series might commence as soon as the actor’s strikes reach an agreement with the filming rescheduled to begin sometime later this year for the new episodes to begin to air every Thursday night at 8 p.m. on a weekly basis in the first quarter of 2024, which includes the months of January, February, and March, instead of premiering in the remaining months of 2023, which is quite impossible.

Even though not much has been confirmed about the exact plotlines of Young Sheldon Season 7, many reports have indicated that the new season might be very rushed, as this will more than likely be the last season, and the writers will have to mash tons of things into certain episodes. This is quite unfortunate, but we are certain that the creators will endure and that the series will continue to keep the basic premise of the show consistent, which is as follows:
“For young Sheldon Cooper, it isn’t easy growing up in East Texas.
