Journalist Abhilash Padachery is being questioned by the anti-terrorism squad. The interrogation was led by the ATS DySP. However, Abhilash said he did not know what the case was.
Abhilash Padachery was among 30 people suspected of having links with the NIA in connection with the Panteerankavu UAPA case. Based on this, the NIA interrogated Abhilash and released him. During a search of Abhilash’s home, his laptop and other belongings were taken into custody. However, Abhilash Padachery said that he was not involved in the Panteerankavu UAPA case and did not know the accused Alan and Taha in the case.
