Bollywood star Richa Chadha says that the steps taken by Kerala to stop the spread of COVID are exemplary. Richa tweeted that the COVID death rate is very low in Kerala

“It does not matter what those who are uninformed and uneducated say. Last year, Kerala provided food kits to all. COVID reduced its spread. They returned to their old state sooner than other states.

Kerala’s preparations for oxygen storage and other activities during the second wave of the COVID tsunami are being lauded at the national level. Despite the rise in COVID cases, the steps taken by Kerala to minimize the death rate are gaining much attention.

Praising Kerala’s excellence in healthcare, senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai said, “Other states have a lot to learn from Kerala.” There is a lot to learn and accept. There is no other solution but to invest more in health.”
