Mallika Sherawat said no to producer’s demand
Mallika told in ‘The Love Laugh Live Show’ that a producer gave her a strange idea to show her ‘hotness’. “In his warped thinking, he was like, ‘Bada hot song hai. Audience ko kaise pata chalega ki aap hot hai? Aap itni hot hai ki aapki kamar pe main chapati sekh sakta hoon (It’s a very hot song. How will the audience know you are hot? You are so hot that one can heat chapatis on your waist).’ Some weird notion like that. Have you ever heard of anything like that?” she asked.
She added that she had said no to the offer. “I put my foot down. I said, ‘No, we are not doing any such thing.’ But I thought it was very funny and original. It’s an original idea,” she said.
Mallika Sherawat said she doesn’t understand the idea of hotness in India
During the show, Mallika said that she does not understand what is considered hot in India? She finds this very strange.
Mallika said, “I think they have a really weird perception of hotness in India for women. I don’t understand it. Of course, it’s better now but when I started my career, it was weird.”
Mallika Sherawat will soon be seen in ‘Naagmati’
Mallika will be seen in a horror thriller film ‘Naagmati’. According to the news, for the first time in this film, she will be seen in a double role.
The shooting of the film has started. In ‘Naagmati’, Mallika will play a princess, who will be seen trying to save her kingdom from the curse of a snake.
She is making a comeback in Bollywood films after the film ‘Dirty Politics’ that was released in 2015. Mallika is, of course, very excited about this film.
