Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding news has been the talk of the town. While the duo had chosen to maintain silence on the topic, news had it that the duo may tie the know sometime next month. Amidst all this, actor Vicky Kaushal has announced his new film. Going by the poster, the film promises to be an entertainer.
Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani will be seen alongside Vicky in the film. The name of the movie is ‘Govinda Naam Mera‘. Karan Johar is making the film. He has also announced the film on social media.

Vicky’s new film ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ also stars Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. The film is being produced by Karan Johar, while the writer-director is Shashank Khaitan.
Vicky will be seen playing Govinda Waghmare. Vicky is seen doing a step of a fun dance on the poster.
While sharing the poster on social media, he wrote, ‘Tevar hai jhakaas, dance hai first class, par life? Life hai ekdum chaos! Meet me – #GovindaNaamMera only in cinemas on 10th June 2022.”

After this, Vicky shared the character poster of Kiara Advani, with which he wrote, ‘Inko dekh kar agar pyaar nahi hoga, toh phir kya hoga? Meet Govinda’s girlfriend.’
However, more details about the character have not been revealed.
This will be Vicky’s and Kiara’s second film together. The two have previously worked for Netflix’s anthology film Lust Stories. Both of them seem very excited about working together once again.
Vicky Kaushal introduced Bhumi Pednekar’s character too
Bhumi Pednekar is the third character in ‘Govinda Naam Mera’. Introducing Bhoomi’s character wrapped in a sari with a shocking expression on her face, Vicky wrote, Inke liye kya hi bole! Kam hi bole toh accha hai. Meet my better half, my wife!’ The poster reads that Bhumi will play Vicky’s wife in the film.
This is Vicky’s second film with Bhumi as well. Earlier, both have worked together in the horror film ‘Bhoot Part 1- The Haunted Ship’.

Vicky will also play a lead role in director Shashank Khaitan’s film ‘Mr Lele’. He is a part of ‘Sam Bahadur’, a biopic of one of India’s great war heroes, Sam Manekshaw.
He is also working with Manushi Chillar in the film ‘The Great Indian Family’.
Vicky is in a discussion about the film ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’. Actress Sara Ali Khan will be seen with him in this. Aditya Dhar is directing this film.

Vicky Kaushal in headlines for his marriage with Katrina Kaif
For the past few days, Vicky has been in the news for his marriage with actress Katrina Kaif.
It has been told that their Roka ceremony took place at the house of director Kabir Khan on Diwali. It was a private function with the family members of both the stars attending the ceremony.
