The latest episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star gave vibes of A Million Little Things finale & we can guarantee you, it wasn’t a merry one. Who would have thought that dressing for the wedding, showing off in Tux and the next minute doorbell rings, someone shot Gabriel! Carlos postponed the wedding, especially after his father got killed.
He wasn’t eating or drinking & was set on hunting down his father’s killer. TK didn’t want him to do something, he couldn’t walk back. Thankfully, he regained his senses and went ahead with his wedding. After a few joyful moments, we also witnessed Robert’s suicide while Owen stayed with him till the end. Is 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 5 renewed?
The well-known American action procedural drama will be back with another season. In other words, 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 5 got renewed by Fox! After the dramatic end of the fourth season, it was obvious that the series isn’t going to be left hanging. The cheerful news is that the show’s popularity was such that the renewal happened in the mid of the fourth season.

As we are familiar, the fourth season began on January 24, 2023, with the successful running of fourteen episodes. the fifth renewal news came out on May 1, 2023, before episode 15. Now, the finale has aired & fans are ready to expect the fifth season soon. But how long do they have to wait? Don’t worry, we got your back. We have some theories ( with proof, too) regarding the release of the fifth season.
When can we expect 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 5 release?

Now our memories are revived, we can see a familiar pattern in every season’s release dates:
- The first season came out in January 2020 & its finale aired on March 9, 2020.
- The second season came out on January 18, 2021, & its finale aired on May 24, 2021.
- The third season aired on January 3, 2022, & its finale got released on May 16, 2022.
- Same as with the fourth season, its first episode came out on January 24, 2023, while its finale aired on May 16, 2023.
If the series follows its pattern, we can expect to watch the first episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 5 in January 2024! For the episode count, we can’t say anything apart from seeing the gradual increase in the number of episodes after each season. The first season had ten episodes, while the second had fourteen. Though, the third and fourth seasons had the same number of episodes that is eighteen. If the fifth season follows, we can expect at least 14 episodes.
