The BLACKPINK members have made history with another MV on YouTube. Yes, we are talking about Pink Venom here, which has surpassed 1 billion views shortly before 1 am KST on August 4, 2025.
This makes it the group’s sixth official group music video to achieve the milestone after DDU-DU DDU-DU, Kill This Love, BOOMBAYAH, As If It’s Your Last, and How You Like That.
For the unversed, the official video of Pink Venom was released on August 19, 2022. This means it took the MV approximately 2 years, 11 months, 15 days, and 12 hours to hit the 1 billion mark on YouTube.

Another achievement for BLACKPINK
The members have another reason to celebrate because they have also surpassed 33 million listeners on Spotify. Earlier, the group also reached 100 million streams on Spotify with Jump, as was confirmed by YG Entertainment.
For the unversed, this track is the K-pop girl group’s 33rd song to hit the 100 million mark. With this, BLACKPINK has broken its own previous record for a single from a female K-pop act, with Pink Venom.

Jump was dropped on July 11 and stayed atop Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global Chart for six days at the No. 1 spot. The track further debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 28 and swept both its Global 200 and Global excl. US.
In the UK, Jump also entered the Official Singles Top 100 at No. 18, the highest position the foursome has ever reached.

The group’s latest tour and earlier stints
The BLACKPINK members began their Europe/UK tour on August 2, 2025, with the first show already held in Stade de France. The next show will be held at Milan’s Ippodromo SNAI La Maura on August 6, 2025.
Before officially releasing the music video for Jump, all four members, Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa, gave the BLINKs a big surprise by performing the song live. They gave this much-awaited performance during their first Deadline World Tour in Seoul, South Korea.
The track’s strong rap sections and catchy music caught everyone’s attention.
