From Season 3 is not coming in July 2023!

It’s okay. It’s not real. It’s a nightmare. The only way for us to go home is to wake everyone up. It’s okay. You can’t die in dreams. Everything’s gonna be okay.

This series which have kept us on edge throughout the two seasons & now, we wonder what can happen in From Season 3. It is a horror mystery American series that showcases an evil town that traps those who enter. At night, monsters lure in, eating the flesh of people who dares to be seen. While as haunting as the description is, the visuals give no mercy too.

One thing which was heartwarming to see was the town does have a guardian angel, the boy in white. He did guide Tabitha to the lighthouse via visions. In the second season final, when Tabitha & victor’s mother went on the search of the lighthouse, his mother was unable to make it, but Tabitha did. The Boy in White pushed her out of the lighthouse window, but not before saying sorry. She woke up in a hospital outside the town while doctors revealed she was in a coma & other hikers found her. So the escape is by getting killed inside the town or in the lighthouse?

When can we expect From Season 3 to arrive?

Before we start digging further, let’s take a moment to thank John Griffin for creating such a terrific series! The sci-fi mixed with horror is just what fans need & they got! Now, coming back to the main topic i.e., From the Season 3 release date. Since the series got renewed for a third season in June 2023 & its production will go on until December 2023. It’s only fair to conclude that the series will return to our screen in 2024. If we are going to be more specific, we can pick early 2024. But there are a few setbacks you gotta be aware of.

The most important and biggest setback is the Writers’ strike going on in the Hollywood industry. As much as it’s troubling the TV production houses, Harold Perrineau has expressed his support in an interview with TV Insider, “Here’s the thing, I have no updates because I think none of us know what the deal is with this writers strike. And, you know, I applaud them for fighting for what they need, and I support them & all of that. So I am down with them for whatever. My truth is, I hope that we come to some kind of resolution because we’d all like to get back to work.”

He also said he wishes to start working for From Season 3 soon. He expressed his happiness about the show’s achievement. I mean, who wouldn’t be happy when Stephan King positively commented on the concept? The series also holds 93% Rotten Tomatoes ratings & 7.7/10 on IMDb. Since the Competition for horror-themed mystery dramas is fierce in the world of streaming, From has become a significant heavy-hitter for MGM+. There are several series that couldn’t pull that much viewership & resulted in not getting a renewal. Luckily From wasn’t one of them!

From Season 3 expected plotline:

All we can do is pick up from the second season’s final. Tabitha might have made it out of that evil town, but her family’s still there. We can expect that in From Season 3, Tabitha is gonna be the savior for her family & others trapped in the show. It is also possible that it is all a nightmare & they have to die in the town to escape. Bender also teased,” It builds & builds to a really powerful, crazy, climatic end of the season, which is where we are going to pick up season three. It does get worse; it’s like quicksand.”

It means the worse is yet to come; what the creators have stored might give us a heart attack. At the same time, we can’t keep it still! While Stephen King praised the show, there gotta be some potential he saw, right? Let’s stay tuned for the updates until then. Let’s keep the discussion flowing in the comment section!
