“I’m acting like a grown ass Woman & I’m asking him out.”
Ever since we got to know Maggie is Meredith’s half-sister, the chaos in Grey’s Sloan is rising. However, since Meredith has left the hospital to go to Boston, Maggie has been the best surgeon of Grey’s Sloan. Maggie is a married woman, however, once totally in love with each other now clash a lot. Their marriage is going sideways & instead of solving the conflicts, their instinct is to avoid each other at all costs.
Since her only reason for staying in Seattle was Meredith in the first place, now her relationship with Winston is taking an uglier turn. Kelly McCreary is a writer’s dream come true; brilliant, nuanced, thoughtful, and kind. We will deeply miss her and her beautifully crafted Dr. Maggie Pierce,” Vernoff tells The Hollywood Reporter. Recent episodes of Grey’s Anatomy have been spotlighting wedding trouble for Maggie, the head of cardiothoracic surgery at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, and her husband, Winston, a cardiothoracic surgeon. Maggie entered the show in season 10 as the daughter of Meredith’s mother, Ellis Gray, and Chief Richard Webber. Although, we believed Pompeo might return in the season finale as we witnessed how she’s mentioned here and there.
In Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 Episode 12, Nick confessed to Maggie about how much he misses her sister Meredith. Maggie tries to console him and advises him not to give up. We believe somehow being her half-sister knows her best. Maggie went through several relationships, most notably with DeLuca and Jackson, until she met Winston, one of her residents at Tufts who followed her to Seattle. They married during Grey’s Covid-themed Season 17, holding two weddings, a smaller one in Meredith’s backyard and a larger one on the beach. However, her marriage is on the brick-breaking since the fights are increasing.
