Captain Milius is back in Hawaii to catch a dangerous high-value U.S. government target. Before transferring to the Pentagon, he worked as the Deputy Chief of Staff Pacific Fleet. The Navy Commander is back in the second season to transport a witness in an arms deal that went wrong. The witness, Adrianna, was partying with her boyfriend and friend when things went sideways. She is asked to hand over the flash drive containing her boyfriend’s evidence against his billionaire crime boss.

NCIS: Hawai’i Season 2 Episode 17 mostly revolved around this issue & fans got hooked on every second of the screening. Until another piece of rumor came to light. NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3 renewal has already hyped fans, but the one that came out regarding the filming of the third season had us begging for more!

Another spin-off from NCIS world, the show is being loved by millions. NCIS: Hawai’i is an American military Procedural, crime television series created by Christopher Silber, Jan Nash, and Matt Bosack. The series first launched on September 20, 2021, on CBS in which Jane Tennant is guiding the Special Agents from Naval Criminal Investigative Services in Hawai’i. The frictional team works out of the Pearl Harbon Field Office, which often is dealing with military and national security. The series is filled with action, and criminal investigations, with the successful running of the two seasons, we can continue our chat for NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3.

Is NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3 renewed?

Yes. CBS network announced that the NCIS spinoff ‘NCIS: Hawai’i would be coming back to the 50th state for its third season. Between completing missions that concern national security and managing their personal lives, the new Aloha state group has quickly grown into another tight-knit bunch of crime solvers.

The series also showcases how the first female special agent in charge of NCIS Pearl Harbon, Jane, has thrived and risen above the difficulties in their personal life while the ranks are in the professional ones. Vanessa Lachey, who plays the role of Jane appeared on The Talk ahead of the crossover special, “I wasn’t gonna get emotional, but you said I made history & I never really thought about that”, she replied when the interviewer asked her how she feels being the lead role.

Since the second season is currently airing, we can’t expect the release of the third season soon. Isn’t that what we thought? We are aware the renewal of the third season happened in February 2023. In an Instagram post on Vanessa Lachey’s account, it was clear that the filming for the second season is officially finished. On March 24, 2023, the actress playing the role of Jane Tennant posted an appreciation post in which she tagged her cast. She thanked everyone and the fans especially for making it a successful series. Since the second season is supposed to end on May 22, 2023. We know we’ll be watching another episode soon. NCIS: Hawai’i Season 2 Episode 18 is supposed to release on April 10, 2023.

By the looks of it, we believe third season filming will begin super soon. The entire main cast of NCIS: Hawai’i is expected to return with Season 3, Lachey as Tennant. In addition, the series features Alex Tarrant, Noah Mills, Yasmine Al-Bustami, Jason Antoon, Tori Anderson, and Kian Talan among its ranks. Regardless of when the filming of the third season begins, we are promised to watch NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3 in the fall of 2023. So take a walk and enjoy the second season while we wait for September-October for the release of the third season!
