What to expect from Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 3 plot?
As much as we would love to jump on the topic, a little warning for those who haven’t watched the second season finale yet. Spoiler Alert!
As we all know, the second season finale has left us on a cliffhanger, the fallout of the mob’s attack on Raquel, Marvin, and Lou Lou after the truth came out. The official synopsis for Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 3 goes like this, “Kanan finds himself grappling with the very notions of right and wrong. Good and evil. Fidelity and disloyalty. And he’s not alone. Every member of the Thomas family must confront an existential crisis that challenges their very identity.
Whether it’s Marvin, who’s still trying to redeem himself, Raq, who’s finally coming clean, or Lou, who’s wrestling with his evil, or Jukebox, who’s simply trying to break free from her family’s pathology, they are all attempting to redefine and reinvent themselves. They won’t all be able to complete this intensely personal quest, but for those who do, the destination may reveal the most terrifying secret of all. There is no right and wrong or good and evil. There are no absolutes. In the end, there’s just you.”
We should also hear what Penn has to say about Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 3 during an interview with POPSUGAR, “Lou and Raq’s relationship is going to be a big part of our story. Raq and Kanan [are] the spine of the series, so that’ll always be there, but I think for Raq, everything that she’s built is gone. Every lie she’s told has sort of been laid bare . . . She has to sort of reimagine herself — who is she, what is she doing? And there are some new characters that we see pop up, some new adversaries, so to speak. But the thing about this business is that it never lets you leave, it’s always there. And the old stuff always has a way of circling back on you. So I think that’s going to be a big part of season three.”
It’s enough to know that a lot is stored for us in Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 3, and we just had glimpses of it via recently uploaded photos. Until the third season’s trailer releases, enjoy the second season trailer and allow us to keep you posted!
