The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle are currently on a work tour. The couple recently made an appearance in the UK, where they attended the One Young World summit. After that, the two of them made their way to Germany to attend an event for the countdown of the Invictus Games that will be held on September 23 in Dusseldorf. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were also spotted walking hand-in-hand as they arrived for the city’s red carpet event.

Prince Harry’s speech
As per a report by People, the Duke of Sussex opened up on the significance of the Invictus Games for his and his wife Meghan’s relationship. Here is what he said, “The Toronto Games were our first time out and about publicly in an official way. We were dating at the time, so it was a lot to take in, but fortunately, we were with the perfect community for that.”
He also said that he wanted to share some of his incredible moments with someone special. He further stated that having Meghan by his side means everything. Talking about the couple, they were greeted by Stephan Keller, the Dusseldorf mayor, at City Hall among a lot of fans cheering, as per the latest reports.

The UK visit
Earlier, the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex attended the One Young World Summit held in Manchester on Monday. The event also marked the first joint working visit of the couple to the UK after stepping back from their royal roles in March 2020. Earlier, the couple visited the country in June for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebration.
Meghan, on the other hand, delivered her first-ever speech in the UK in two years during the recent event. She said that it was nice to be back in the UK. She also expressed her elatedness over returning to One Young World, with which she had been a counselor since 2014. As reported by The Guardian, the Duchess of Sussex added, “To meet again here with him [Prince Harry] by my side makes it all feel full circle.”
